INTRODUCTION
In today’s world, self-grooming has become an essential skill, empowering individuals to
present their best selves confidently. Makeup is not just about enhancing one’s appearance
but also about self-expression and creativity. Recently,(March 17’2024) I had the privilege of
conducting a Self-Grooming workshop. In this blog post, I will delve into the enriching
experience and my people’s feedback during this workshop and also I will be sharing our next
Self-Grooming Workshop details.
THE SETTING
The workshop took place in a Cozy atmosphere at KNK Nungambakkam with an aura of
excitement and happiness on sharing what I have learnt and known for 14+ years of my
experience. As the students entered, they were greeted by a warm ambiance, adorned with
mirrors, makeup stations, and an array of cosmetic products. The setup was inviting,
promising an immersive journey for them into the world of makeup.
BEHIND THE BRUSHES
With years of experience in the industry, i seamlessly blended artistry with technique, making
the intricate world of makeup accessible to all participants, regardless of their skill level.
THE CURRICULUM
The workshop commenced with an insightful discussion on skincare fundamentals. I shared
invaluable tips on skincare routines, product selection, and skincare concerns, laying a strong
foundation for flawless makeup application.

HANDS-ON PRACTISE
One of the highlights of the workshop was the hands-on practise, where participants had the
opportunity to put theory into practice under the guidance of Myself and my team. Armed
with an arsenal of makeup products and brushes, we eagerly dived into the creative process,
for them experimenting with colors, textures, and techniques.
I will all due patience gave personalized feedback and guidance, empowering each participant
to unleash their creativity and express their unique style through makeup. The atmosphere
buzzed with excitement as we exchanged tips and tricks, fostering a sense of camaraderie
among our makeup enthusiasts.

- They brought their own products. They asked doubts on those products and how to use
it, etc. - Then they came with lots of hope, in learning new tips and tricks. And they left our place
with not only newfound skills but also a renewed sense of empowerment to embrace
their unique beauty, one brushstroke at a time.
CLOSING THOUGHTS
Our Workshop ended Amazingly well. All our participants had a huge smile and confidence on
their faces while leaving. We took a group picture, which will always have a special place in my
heart. We celebrated the class with cutting a cake. At the end, It is all about celebrating Life!
